God Keep You and Watch Over Your FamilyWe know not of the future, and cannot plan for it much. But, we can hold our spirits and our bodies so pure and high, we may cherish such thoughts and ideals, and dream such dreams of lofty purpose, that we can determine and know what manner of men we will be whenever and wherever the hour strikes that calls us to noble action. No man becomes suddenly different from his habit and cherished thought! ~General Joshua L. Chamberlain, 20th Maine, Union Army We will miss you, Alex.

Dude! Alex! Words escape me for a change. I know you would find that quite amusing. Just like the time we shared a desk in the IG (two chairs, one desk), all the times we teamed up to help Stew see the correct political view, and when we played a joke on Michelle making her think you bought a RX-8 ;-}. I love your sense of humor and integrity. We were quite a team at HQ PACAF and everyone wanted your job. I know it was you that made the job seem so cool 'cause that was some hard work behind the scenes. You just made it look easy. Michelle, my heart goes out to you and your family. Alex was one of the best "dudes" and I thought the world of him as a person and as a professional. Many blessings to you all. Gina

To My Friend AlexI can?t even begin to express the great sorrow that I am feeling over the loss of Alex. It is with a very heavy heart that I offer the follow words for the lost of my friend. ?Alex the first time we meet was many years ago when you were stationed at the 517th Airlift Squadron, Elmendorf AFB, Alaska where we quickly became friends. A few years latter our paths crossed again when you were my instructor at the Air Force Crash Investigation course at Brooks AFB, TX. The next time we meet face to face was back at Elmendorf AFB during the 2006 Unit Compliance Inspection. As a member of the Pacific Air Forces Inspector General?s staff it was your job to ensure our program was in strict compliance with all governing directives and that we were providing only the highest quality equipment to our aircrew members. Over the years you have demonstrated integrity and selfless service not only in the defense of our country but in the development of everyone around you. I am but one of the many people who were blessed by your mentoring, Thank you?? Michelle, please let me know if there is anything I can do or anything you need.
