Debra Hargrove Wilder Shreveport, Louisiana April 18, 2006 8:24 PM Sis.Brandon was an exceptional lady. She was my Piano Teacher at 10 yrs.old.I am now 50 yrs.young and still playing the piano. I will always remember the things she taught. She was also a wonderful person.Regrets for the loss of a talented lady. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Leigh Anderson-Jobes Austin, Texas April 17, 2006 1:49 PM My sympathies on the loss of Miss Etola. She was a fine lady with a great sense of humor. It is unfortunate that I had not seen her since we lost Uncle Homer, but I imagine that she is enjoying his inherited humor with her now. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- John and TIna Edwards Mooringsport Louisiana April 15, 2006 4:52 PM We have been out of touch with Mrs.Brandon "Mrs.B" for some time. We met Mrs.B August 23,1997. We had been marroed 6 months and were pregnant with our first baby. Her overwhelming charisma and wisdom flowed from her mouth, like the music from her hands. The sound of either could bring our young family comfort and inspired ambition. That inspiration will bu inside of us and our children in henceforward. Sincerely John & Tina Edwards Jr. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Charla Nashville, TN April 14, 2006 10:13 AM Tom and Linda ~ I am sorry to hear of the passing of your mother. Jean Grant Smith. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sonny Cates Mooringsport, LA April 13, 2006 11:07 AM In life we meet certain people that have an effect on us. Ms B. was one of those people in my life. It was my pleasure to play with her in the group Jimmy and Friends. What a talented lady she was, still getting standing ovations. I am sure that when she showed up in heaven, she got a standing ovation. We will miss her. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Raymond & Belinda Carter Corinth, MS April 13, 2006 10:54 AM Sis. Etola was such an inspiration to us! We loved her dearly. Even though her eyesight was bad, she always recognized Raymond's voice no matter how long it had been since we had last seen her. She was an amazing and talented saint of God. Just think, she is playing for Heaven's choir, now! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Wayne & Jeanie Terry Mooringsport, Louisiana April 13, 2006 10:50 AM We are sadden to hear the loss of your Mom. Your Mom had to have been an Angle sent from Heaven to help the ones she met with their lives. In our lives she did a loving performance. We met your Mom in the early 70's when we rented a house from her on JoAnn Street. She was the most understanding and great land lady that there has ever been. She also became a very close friend of ours. Mrs. Brandon taught us so many rules of life. For instance how to manage your money and you can have anything you want if you
