Obituary of Ethel Procell Wynn

Bossier City-Graveside services for Ethel will be at 1:00 PM, Monday, November 28, 2016 at Hill Crest Memorial Park. Officiating will be Father Carl Daigle of Christ the King Catholic Church. The family will receive friends and family on Sunday, November 27, 2016 between the hours of 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Ethel, 97, was a devoted mother that raised four children on her own. After she retired she loved to garden, travel to Toledo Bend to fish, but most of all she loved spending time with her family. She surprised her family by learning to drive at the age of 75. Preceded in death by parents, William and Madie Meshell; husbands, Rupert Lee Procell and Floyd L. Wynn; daughter, Shelia Procell Dale; and she has outlived four siblings. She leaves behind children, Alvan Procell and wife Jackie, Rupert Procell and wife Helen, Gail Jackson and husband Michael; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; and son-in-law, Michael Dale. Ethel loved her family dearly and she was loved by all. She was a strong female that did things her way. She will be dearly missed by everyone that had the honor of knowing her.
