Mrs. Muriel J. Creel age, 81 passed away at Willis Knighton Pierremont on Sunday, February 5, 2006 after a lengthy illness. A memorial service will be held at a later date at St. James Episcopal Church, Shreveport, LA with a committal service at a later date at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, New Orleans, LA. Mrs. Creel was a member of Daughters of the British Empire, League of Women Voters, Former President , McDonogh #39 Elementary School, P.T.A. She was a native of Liverpool, England and she was an ambulance driver, British Red Cross and transported the wounded during WWII.
