Home going services for Barbara Kelly will be held graveside at Forest Park West Cemetery on Monday, July 2, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. Visitation will be Sunday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the Shreveport chapel, Boone Funeral Home, 3903 Meriwether Rd.
Mrs. Kelly entered into rest on Thursday, June 28, 2007 after a lengthy illness. She was a generous, big-hearted person, who loved reading, and to knit. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her husband Bill Kelly, and her parents; Mildred "Nanny" and Leon "Paw" Wright.
Mrs. Kelly is survived by one son; Gene Walker and wife Rebecca, two daughters; Faye Nesbit and husband Mike, and Treva Walker, two sisters; Treva Hernandez, Doris Wilson and husband Jim, one brother; C.L. Wright, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the charity of one's choice.
