Joseph Alan Bouillon, age 65, of Benton, LA, died Thursday, November 23, 2017. He went home to be with the Lord and Savior in the hospital surrounded by his loved ones.
He was born February 25, 1952, in Shreveport, LA. He was the son of the late G.Joseph Bouillon and Elizabeth Ann Bouillon.
He leaves his wife of 43 years, Charlotte Elaine Nicholson Bouillon; his daughter, Stacey Renee' Bouillon Philyaw and husband, Larry; his son, Joseph Brian Bouillon and wife, Courtney; his four grandchildren, Ben, Lainey, Trevor, and Lexy.
"Joey" was an adventurous daredevil. He loved playing football and baseball as a boy. As a teenager, he was in the professional water skiing group, the Caddo Ski Bees. He enjoyed coaching his kid's sports teams. He always had hobbies he enjoyed over the years including fishing, riding motorcycles, learning guitar, golfing, working on cars, photography, and he was a dessert connoisseur. He was a loving husband, dad, and Pop. He enjoyed time with his family more than anything!
His relationship with Jesus Christ gave him great peace as his health began to decline in the last few years of his life.
