Allen, TX- Services for Brian Watt will be held at Boone Funeral Home, Bossier City, Wednesday, December 6, 2006, at 3:00 pm with Rev. David Dietzel officiating. Mr. Watt passed away on November 24, 2006, in Amsterdam, Netherlands, while traveling with his brother. Brian was born on August 6, 1962, in Shreveport. He was a computer programmer/analyst. Brian's greatest career accomplishment was utilizing his expertise in service to the FDIC. He graduated from Parkway High School in 1981, and attended LSUS, where he was a member of the Zeta Delta Chapter of Delta Sigma Phi. Surviving him is his loving wife of 17 years, Rebecca Watt; his parents Frederick and Gloria Watt; sister Patricia Hill and husband Kenneth; brother Glenn Watt; nieces: Kimberly and Madison Watt, Elizabeth Nugent, and Susan Boudreau; nephew Robert K. Hill; in-laws: Jeannette Olson, David and Nadine Schreiter, Gerald and Maxine Voigt, Sally Bolin; several great nieces and nephews; his dear friend, Ruben Perez, and his four legged children Ted and Simone. Please make donations in memory of Brian to the Allen Animal Shelter, 1034 Carlisle Dr., Allen, TX 75002 or to the First United Methodist Church Helping Hands Ministry, 201 John Wesley Blvd., Bossier City, LA 71112. The family would like to thank the medical staff of OLVG in Amsterdam, Charles Wooley of the American Consulate, the staff of Assist America, as well as the people of the Netherlands. The family also wishes to thank Rev. David Dietzel, the members of First United Methodist Church, and the staff at Benefit Partners in Dallas.
