Blanch Page Wallis Bossier City, LA ? Graveside services for Mrs. Blanch Page Wallis will be held on Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at 10:00 am in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Hall Summit, Louisiana. Officiating will be Buster Page, nephew of Mrs. Wallis. Visitation for Mrs. Wallis will be held on Monday, June 20, 2011 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Boone Funeral Home, 2156 Airline Drive, Bossier City, LA. Mrs. Wallis was born in Coushatta, LA on May 1, 1915 and departed this life at Pilgrim Manor Nursing Home in Bossier City on Thursday, June 16, 2011, at the age of 96 years. Mrs. Wallis was preceded in death by her husband Sam Wallis; her parents William T. and Mary C. Page; brothers Henry F. Page, Basil R. Page, John W. Page, Thomas C. Page, and Charles D. Page; sisters Zell Farley and Vashti Riley. She is survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and many friends. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to the staff and residents of Pilgrim Manor Nursing Home for their devoted care of Mrs. Wallis over the last 5 years.
