Your grievance, tears and sadness are great at this time, please know that Almighty God will soon wipe away all tears of sadness to tears of eternal happiness. The greastest tears will be the reuniting of those we have loved.(Revelation 21:3,4 and Isaiah 25:8)

Jay and I have known each other 69 years as boys living on Gladstone in Shreveport. I worked for him 14 years at TETCO and Panhandle. We attended Sunday School at First Presbyterian Church in Shreveport. He was always a fine Christian man all of Life both at work and in private life. He will be missed in Shreveport where he returned to his roots and by all that knew him.

Jay was a mentor to me, providing both opportunity and challenge. I learned much from Jay and always respected him, personally and professionally. Jay was a fine man and he certainly will be missed.
