Services for Frank Ridings will be held Friday, April 24, 2009 at 12:00pm at Baptist Tabernacle on E. Kingston Rd in Shreveport, La, with Bro. Glenn Ridings (Son), Steven Ridings (Grandson) and Bill Kincaid officiating. Visitation will be at Baptist Tabernacle on Thursday April 23, 2009 at 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Graveside will be at Forest Park West, Cemetery in Shreveport, La. Frank was born Nov 19, 1919 in Judsonia, AR, to Milton and Myrtle Taylor Ridings. Frank passed away Sunday, April 19, 2009 in Cadillac, Mi. Frank is survived by his wife, Marilyn Ridings of Cadillac, MI; son, Glenn and Nadine Ridings; daughters, Nelda and Loyd Cooper, Barbara and Denny Palmer and Lei Ann and Gregg Rovenstien; siblings David and JoAnn Ridings and Marie and Bob Gilligan, ten Grandchildren, eighteen Great-Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Frank was preceded in death by his first wife of 49 years Louise Ridings; son, Colon Ridings, two brothers and four sisters.
