MSgt Joe Edwin Floyd, USAF, Retired
Bossier City, LA CMSgt Joe Edwin Floyd, born in Center, TX on May 19, 1923 met his Lord and Savior Thursday, March 22, 2012. He is survived by his British wartime bride of 66 years, Ellen Maud Blake Floyd, daughters Anita Christensen, Vicky Lynch, and Cindy. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 10 great
grandchildren extended family and friends. Joe, a veteran served for 30 years in the US Air Force.
Viewing and visitation will be held Monday, March 26 at 9:30 am at Bellaire Baptist Church, Bossier City, LA with service following at 10:30 am. Graveside service will be held at Northwest Louisiana
Veterans Cemetery, Keithville, LA at 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers Joe?s passion for spreading the gospel can be continued with donations to Gideons International or the Southern Baptist International Mission Board.
