Tanner was born January 5, 2009 in Shreveport, LA and went to be with his Lord, May 20, 2011. He was preceded in death by his name sake, his great-grandfather, Tommy Ted Tobin, Sr., great-grandfather, Sonny Miller and a sister, Elizabeth Michelle Tobin. Tanner is survived by his mother, Jamie Tobin; his father, James Keith; brother, Michael ?Mikey? James Keith; grandparents, Barbara and Mike Tobin and Rosella Keith; great-grandparents, Ginny Tobin and Margaret Miller and many other relatives.
