Obituary of Jason Cruz Perez

Bossier City, LA ? Services honoring the life of Jason Perez, 27, will be held Thursday, October 13, 2011 at 10:00 AM at Boone Funeral Home on Airline Drive. Officiating the service will be Monsignor Earl Provenza. Visitation will be held the night before on Wednesday, October 12, 2011 from 5 to 7 PM at the funeral home. Jason was born on February 5, 1984 in Agana, Guam and entered into rest on October 8, 2011. He graduated from Parkway High School, Class of 2003. Shortly after, he served his country proudly onboard the USS Enterprise during Operation Enduring Freedom. He enjoyed fishing, playing guitar, making music, martial arts, and was an automotive enthusiast. He enjoyed spending time with his family, which meant the most to him overall. Jason loved his family and friends. He was a fun loving, talented, and big hearted soul. He will be greatly missed. He is preceded in death by his father Junior Cruz Perez. Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Rosalind Cruz Perez, his siblings Rhonda Burson, Evelyn and husband Brandon Spencer, Maria and husband Jason Hall, Jorge and wife Jodie Perez and Julie, Michelle, and Nicole and family. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews Shannah and husband David Hall, Crystal Burson, Austin and Daniel Hall, Lianna Silverhorn, and Kaylani Perez.
