Obituary of Faith Pease

Blanchard, LA - Faith Pease, 67, went to her eternal rest on March 5, 2016, following a long battle with cancer. Visitation will be held at Boone Funeral Home-Bossier on Thursday, March 10th from 4:30-7:30 PM. Funeral service will be at Blanchard Church of the Nazarene on Friday, March 11th at 10:30 AM. Graveside service will be at Northwest Louisiana Veteran's Cemetery on Monday, March 14th at 1:00 PM. Faith was a devoted wife to her honeysweets of 45 years, Charlie, mother of four and grammy to seven adorable chickiedoos. She was a registered nurse, licensed massage therapist and founder of "The Hands of Peace" massage therapy, as well as a CE provider for both LMT's and nurses. Preceding her in death are her parents James and Frances Wood. She is survived by sons David Pease and wife Anastasia, Joseph Pease and wife Jackie and grandchildren Jonah, Jacob and Jillian, Nathan Pease and wife Ming, and grandchildren Lily and Olivia, and daughter Rachael Mooney and husband Edward and grandchildren Ethan and Elaina. She also leaves her sister, Melanie Puryear and husband Dillard, and her brother James Wood. The family would like to express appreciation for the nurses and doctors at Feist-Weiller Cancer Center for their loving care. Donations may be made in Faith's name to the Blanchard Church of the Nazarene.
