Keithville, LA ? Funeral services for Evelyn Etier will be 10:00 AM, Monday, November 28, 2011 at Radiant Life Ministries. Interment will follow in Northwest Louisiana Veterans Cemetery. Officiating will be Rev. Jerry Kennedy. The family will receive friends Sunday, November 27, 2011 at Boone Funeral Home, Shreveport Chapel, between 5:00 and 7:00 PM. Evelyn, 51, went to be with her Lord on November 22, 2011. She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Heinley; sister, Elizabeth H. Cornett and step-father, Ed Boon. She is survived by husband of 34 years, Joseph Etier; son, Jeremy Etier and wife Erikah; daughter, Amanda Patrick; grandchildren, Jase, Micah and Braison; mother, Ella Jean Boon; brother, Randy Heinly; sister, Debbie Still; father-in-law, Otis Etier; and mother-in-law, Margaret Etier. Evelyn devoted her life to husband, children and grandchildren. Everyone she met was a friend and never had a mean word to say to anyone. She will be greatly missed by all that had the privilege of knowing her.
