To the family,
When a loved one dies, no words, however reasonable, can take away the pain and the void you feel. May "the Father of tender mercies, the God of all comfort" grant the family "the peace of God during this difficult time. (2 Corinthians 1:3,4; Philippians 4:7)He knows how you feel because "He cares for you" (1 Peter 5:7)He says: "He will actually swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will certainly wipe the tears from all faces." (Isaiah 25:8, Psalms 83:18, New World Translations of the Holy Scriptures)He says:
"Many of them that sleep in the dust of the ground shall awaken."(Daniel 12:2, Holy Bible King James Version)So, although the loss of you loved one is painful, there is hope. Here is why: "For no matter how many the promises of God (Jehovah)are, they have become Yes by means of (by the death of)Jehovah's only-begotten Son, Christ Jesus."(2 Corinthians 1:20; John 10:36; John 3:16, New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures)We are nearing the time when "No resident will say 'I am sick'"(Isaiah 33:24, New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures)So, "Trust ye the LORD forever. For the LORD Jehovah is everlasting strength."-Isaiah 26:4,Holy Bible King James Version.

I regret that I didn't live near Julia after we left college. But our friendship then was strong and my admiration for her has never ended. I am glad we were able to keep in touch and enjoyed our "Words with Friends." She was my friend. May God bless her family.

I am very thankful that I knew Mrs. Campbell. I have many fond memories of her in my younger years. She was an example of an outstanding Christian woman. Love and miss you!
