Funeral services for Norma Jean Duggins will be held in the chapel of Boone Funeral Home, 3903 Meriwether Rd., Shreveport, on Friday, February 24, 2006, at 11:00 AM, with Rev. John Deschner of North Highlands United Methodist Church officiating. Graveside services will follow at Forest Park Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Thursday from 4:30-7:00 PM. Mrs. Duggins passed away February 21, 2006, in Shreveport.
