Roy was the youngest son of Tracy and Louise Scott. They had four sons, Tracy Scott,Jr, Wayne Scott, Walter Scott and Roy Lee Scott. All are deceased now except Wayne. We were raised in a small house in the middle of 40 acres. We learned at a young age the meaning of hard work helping our dad with crops to help feed four hungry boys.Later in years as we had families of our own, we tried to do many things together including vacations, holidays etc. Roy and I have daughters nearly the same age and we would spend a lot of time together watching them ride go carts and trail bikes. As we grew older, cancer started taking the brothers, starting with Tracy Jr, then Walter and now Roy. As we talked the last few days of his life, we agreed we were fortunate to have grown up at a time when we did in the Salts Springs community of Red River Parish. We know if we accept Jesus Christ as our Savior, we will see each other again. Till I see you again, Wayne.
