Charles was a good friend to me and others in the FHS Class of '57. He not only will be missed by his family, but will also be missed by his extended high school class family as well. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sarah and Richard Rhodes Fort Smith, Arkansas October 4, 2006 1:42 PM Barbara and Family, We are so very sorry to lea that your precious husband Charles has passed away. In the few times we visited at reunions,we knew him as such a kind and caring person, who was so very helpful to everyone, especially those in need. Perhaps you remember that he attended Camden Fairview School, with my Aunt Lacye Mannahan Elliot teaching. None of us cousins had met each other at that time. But, evenually we did meet, and Charles told me about his 5th grade experience, and just want you and your sweet family to know how honored we feel to finally lea so many particulars about our extended families. We value your friendship so very much, and will miss Charles along with you. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Nancy & Fred Watson Camden, Arkansas October 4, 2006 11:22 AM Each of you are in our thoughts and Prayers. With deepest condolences. We are so sorry. Sincerely, Janet & Mike Leslie Watson Memphis, TN October 3, 2006 4:37 PM I am so sorry for this loss. Charles was so special to Richard and me. I met him only a couple of years ago at Richard's graduation, but he would always make any Bright family event ten times more fun. I always joked with him about taking so many photos - he was always snapping away - but that just shows how much he cared about the experiences and memories we all created together. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Pam Howell October 3, 2006 12:51 PM Dear Barbara and Family, Know that I will pray for all of you during this trying time. After losing both my parents, it seems you can't go on, but, with the help and love of God and family and friends, you manage. Please know that I am here if you need anything. God Bless, Pam Howell
