Obituary of Ted Bair

Mr. Ted D. Bair age 63 died at LSU Health Science Center on Tuesday, December 6, 2005 after a lengthy illness. Memorial service will be held Friday, December 9, 2005 at 7:00 PM at the Fellowship United Methodist Church of Bossier City. Officiating the service will be Pastor Jonathan Beck.
Mr. Bair was a member of Pinopolis United Methodist Church in South Carolina for 6 years. He was very active in the Air Force and served 4 years as Captain, 30 years as a Civil Engineer for Barksdale Air Force Base, and 4 years as Civil Engineer for Howard Air Force Base in Panama. Mr. Bair retired to Moncks Corner, South Carolina in 1999.
Mr. Bair was preceded in death by his mother Leontine Berry Bair and two sisters. He was survived by his father, James Gilbert Bair, but on Wednesday, December 07, 2005, he passed away and went home to join his son.
He is also survived by his wife Donna, three daughters, Tina Dunigan, Donna Edwards, and Gail Laverdiere. Eight grandchildren, Chris Tad, Corey, Derek, Kyle, Kaitlyn, Chelsea and Madison,one sister, Barbara Proctor and two stepchildren, Kevin and Kim.
The family would also like to express their sincere appreciation to Dr. Nanda and the nursing staff of SICU of LSU Health Science Center.
