Bossier City, LA Master Sergeant Raymond E. Douglas passed away on February 18, 2005, at his residence. He was born on September 16, 1958, in Hamilton, AL. MSgt. Douglas proudly served our country for twenty-four years in the U.S.A.F. He was an Electronic Countermeasures Technician with the 2d Aircraft Maintenance Squadron at Barksdale Air Force Base. In his spare time, he enjoyed working with leather and working on his vehicles. He was a member of the Catholic faith. Surviving him are his children: Kelly E. Douglas (and his wife Jacy) of Huntsville, AL, Kyle R. Douglas of La Vernia, TX, Emily E. Douglas of La Vernia, TX; siblings: Mittie Wisner, Tammie Schwaiger, Curtis Douglas, David Douglas, Melissa Tolbert, Teddy Williams, Kevin Williams, April Williams, all of Cullman, AL, and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death are his daughter, Dustin Leigh Douglas, and his parents, Raymond and Claudia Douglas. There will be a private memorial service held on Barksdale Air Force Base on Thursday. The family will be receiving friends at Boone Funeral Home in Bossier City on Thursday from 11-12 PM. Burial will be held in Cullman, AL. BOONE FUNERAL HOME BOSSIER CHAPEL
