I loved Ray so much. I met him in the late 1970s at bible fellowship and have loved him since. He had such a tender heart. Before he married Marilyn, I was his "plus one" for work Christmas parties.
He was so sweet to always ask me to accompany him. We always had a good time and he was always the perfect gentleman. And then he met and married Marilyn whom he loved deeply and adored.
I remember Marilyn saying once that "Ray was perfect." I always admired her love for him and his love for her. There is just nothing bad to say about Ray Knight, except it makes me so sad that he is gone.
