Shreveport—Funeral Services for Mrs. Muriel Adkins, Beloved Mother, will be held Monday, August 20, 2007 at 1:00pm at Boone Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Lewis and Rev. Stacey Holden officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Park West Cemetery. The family will have a time of visitation on Sunday from 5:00pm until 7:00pm.,Boone Funeral Home, 3903 Meriwether Road, Shreveport, LA.
Mrs. Adkins is preceded in death by her husband Delmar H. Adkins and parents Orban and Phebea Kiser. She is survived by her son, William "Bill" Adkins and wife Laurie; daughter, Glenda Peace and husband John; six grandchildren, Alicia Balcerzak, William D. "Billy" Franks, III, Austin Adkins, Jennifer Harr, Kristen Humphrey, and Patrick Peace; and six great-grand daughters.
