Betty Morgan Coburn of Haughton Louisiana, passed away on Monday February 14th 2022 at the age of 81. Betty was born in Doyline, Louisiana on October 9, 1940. She graduated from Doyline High School. Betty was married to Clarence Coburn Jr. on May 11, 1958; they were married 63 years. Betty was a devoted wife, mother and homemaker. She enjoyed playing bingo and bean bag baseball, and loved to sing and play piano. She was also actively involved in her Church. Betty is survived by husband Clarence Coburn Jr. Son Marvin and grandson Tyler and wife Andrea. Son James Andrew and wife Sheryl. Granddaughter Alisha and husband Henry Ciconte and great grandchildren Isaiah and Aria. Grandson Jonathan Daniel Rachel. Granddaughter Jolene. Daughter Keena and husband Eric Dettrey. Granddaughter Erica and husband Chris Hayden Great grandchildren Alexis, Chloe, and Olivia. Granddaughter Kassie and husband Elton Morris. Son Reggie and wife Dee. Granddaughter Deanna and husband AJ Vasquez Great grandchildren Ainsley and Tripp. Granddaughter Cierra and great grandchild Rowan. Granddaughter Ayreanne. The family of Betty wishes to say a very special thank you to nephew Danny Morgan and “adopted” daughter Tina Sullivan and husband Rusty. Siblings Sallie Vaughn, Jeanette Kohlnhofer, Fred Morgan and wife Susan, James Morgan and wife Kathrena, and Robert Morgan and wife Sherri. As well as other family and friends. Betty is preceded in death by father George A. Morgan, mother Rachel Morgan, brother George Henry Morgan, and sister Frances Pete. Services are Saturday February 19th, 2022 at Point Chapel Church at 2:00pm.
