Evelyn Sue Forte, 65, of Logansport, LA passed away on March 30, 2022 after a long battle with breast cancer. She was born in Victoria, TX on August 5, 1956 to James Preston Forte and Martha Ellen Forte, and graduated from Booker T. Washington High School in Columbia, South Carolina. She Entered the Hotel Management Industry and worked twenty-six years in Winnfield, LA. She was married to Thomas George Howard Jr. and they had two loving children, Thomas and Melissa.
Sue leaves to cherish her memory her son Thomas George Howard III (Anastacia) and Melissa Lynn Fore (Shawn), and eight grandchildren, Chance Wilson, Kevin Roberts, Dani Howard, Lexy Howard, Skylar Fore, Haley Roberts, Lexi Huggins, and Will Howard. Janie Forte, Misty Forte, JP Forte, are her siblings that she leaves behind and one living Aunt, Lou “Bennie” Kerley, and various nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews
Sue is preceded in death by her mom, Martha Ellen Weatherford, and sister Deborah Forte.
