Obituary of Timothy Hulon Wynn

Timothy Hulon Wynn, 57, of Bossier City, Louisiana, passed away on June 18, 2022. A visitation will be held at 4:00 PM on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at Boone Funeral Home in Bossier City. A graveside funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, June 24, 2022 at Occupy 1 Church at 28 Occupy 1 Rd, Pitkin, LA 70656. Pastor Joey Whitener of New Hope Baptist Church will be officiating. Tim was born in Ruston, Louisiana on June 3, 1965. He attended Airline High School, then began working in the oil field. Tim was married to Patricia Wynn on June 21, 1986; they were married for 36 years. Tim worked in the oil field for 40 years in many roles. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, home brewing, and watching sports—especially LSU. Tim is survived by his wife, Patricia, his son, Tim, his daughter, Emily, two grandchildren, Matthew Wynn and Evelyn Attaway, his mother, Carolyn Blaize, two sisters, Ronelle Ford and Marissa Tuberville, and other family and friends. Tim is preceded in death by his father, Delmer. The family would like to give special thanks to Freedom Oil Field Services L.L.C. for their support and generosity during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honor Tim may make charitable donations to Shriners Children’s at shrinerschildrens.org.
