Obituary of Noel Budd

Noel “Billy Budd” Budd, 76, of Haughton, LA passed away Saturday August 20, 2022. Billy Budd was born in Waelder, TX and later moved to Haughton. He attended Haughton High School where he enjoyed being a member of the Haughton High School Band and taking Agriculture class. He was an avid outdoorsman that loved hunting, fishing, and camping. He loved traveling. Some of his favorite places to visit were Lake Vermillion in Minnesota, West Texas Hunting Club, and Lake Bistineau . Grandsons Brock and Dalton were a big part of his life. Noel married Marsha “Marty” Budd, and had two children, Rem, and Tia. They were married for over 40 years, until Marty’s death did they part. He married his recent wife, Holly, with whom he spent the remainder of his life. He was preceded in death by his parents, and wife Marty, and many friends and relatives. Left to cherish his memory are children Rem (Brandi), Tia (Denny), and Paul, and his grandchildren Alyssa, Bailey, Brock, and Dalton.
