CSM Benjamin Franklin Bennett Bossier City, LA CSM Benjamin Franklin Bennett, 78 completed his journey on earth March 24, 2011 and went home to be with his heavenly father. He was born in High Point, North Carolina, March 17, 1933. He graduated from Regis University, Denver, CO with a BA in accounting, and a Master in accounting from Webster University, St. Louis, MO. He served his country in the US Army for 24 ½ years. Mr. Bennett leaves behind a wife, Mrs. Anna Bennett of Bossier City, Louisiana, a mother, Mrs. Thelma Kirkland, of Spokane, Washington, a stepson, Walter Ramsdell, of Lawton, Oklahoma and a stepdaughter, Linda Coss and husband Efren Coss of Bossier City, Louisiana. He also leaves behind two grandsons, Jason Coss, of Bossier City, Louisiana and Allyn Ramsdell of Lawton, Oklahoma, and two granddaughters, Amber Ramsdell of Prior-Lake, Minnesota, and Anjelika Ramsdell of Lawton, Oklahoma. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, March 29, 2011, 11:00 AM at Boone Funeral Home, Bossier City, LA. Interment will follow at the Northwest LA Veterans Cemetery, Keithville, LA. The family will receive visitiors from 5 PM until 6 PM Monday, March 28, 2011 at the funeral home.
