Obituary of June Hatton

June Taylor Hatton DeBerry, TX A service for June Taylor Hatton will be held, Sunday, October 16, 2011, 2:00 PM at Boone Funeral Home, Bossier City, LA. Officiating will be Rev. Harold Coburn. The family will receive visitors the day of the service from 12 noon until service time at the funeral home. June was born in Cleckheaton, Yorkshire, England, October 11, 1937. She entered into rest October, 12, 2011 at her home in DeBerry, TX. She served in the British Royal Air Force. June loved playing bingo and was also interested in crafts, such as crocheting, knitting, plastic canvases and ceramics. She was an Avon representative for several years. June was a strong woman, supporting her husband in all his endeavors, and was a great Mom, always there for her children. Preceding June in death is her husband, Lyndal Hatton; parents, Ernest Taylor and Suzannah Bell Taylor; a brother, Brian Taylor, and a daughter-in-law, Teresa Hatton. She is survived by her son, David Hatton, Jr. and his girlfriend, Regina Sutton; her daughter, Davina Hatton Borland and her boyfriend Wayne Stevens; grandchildren, Erin Hatton, Chase Hatton, Chance Hatton, Taylor Borland and Casey Borland; sisters, Anne Metcalf and husband Jimmy, and Lynne Bowers and husband Sam; brothers, Harold Taylor and wife Shirley and Colin Taylor and wife Janet; a sister-in-law, Elsie Taylor; many other relatives and a host of friends.
