Just thinking about Mrs. Kocmich makes me smile and always has. She and Mr. Kocmich were a very big part of my childhood at Southland Park. Even though I was not one of their children, they always made me feel like I was. I'm so glad to have known her. She was a special lady. Sending love and prayers to the Kocmich family. My son, Scott, went to Southland Park Day Care in 73-74. I only had the opportunity to visit when I enrolled him. He was always happy there and I felt I had left him in caring hands. Years later, I had the pleasure of reconnecting in church. I can only say I felt comfortable in Lorraine’s presence. She had such a loving and caring presence. So thankful to have reconnected. They were a wonderful couple.
