Carol Ann Leyendecker 55, of Bossier City, passed away on December 18, 2015 in Bossier City, Louisiana.
Visitation will be held at Boone Funeral Home, 2156 Airline Drive, Bossier City, LA 71111 on Sunday December 20, 2015 between 3:00 - 5:00 pm.
Funeral service will be held at Boone Funeral Home, 2156 Airline Drive, Bossier City, LA 71111on Monday December 21, 2015 at 1:00 pm.
Carol was born in Barksdale AFB, to Eileen A. and Robert D. Chamberlain on April 20, 1960. She went to high school at Airline High School.
Carol is preceded in death by her, father Robert D. Chamberlain and her sister Catherine Combs.
Carol is survived by her husband, Robert Leyendecker of Haughton; her children, Adam (Chastain) Chamberlain, Brandi (Andrew) Pastusic; brothers, Robert Chamberlain, Steven (Shelley) Chamberlain and sister Debbie (Darrell) Hover. She also leaves behind 6 grandchildren; Chyanne, Caleb, Connor, Colleen, Hailey and Alice.
