Ronald Wayne Hickman passed away peacefully on June 5, 2020 in Bossier City, LA. “Ron” was born on October 25, 1942 in Ringgold, LA. Starting when he was a young boy, Ron would begin playing sports in high school including Basketball and Baseball. When he was a young man, Ron specialized in many different jobs from the railroad to the schoolboard but his favorite job was being a dad. Ron was an avid fan of football and loved his Saints and LSU where he would cheer from his recliner. Throughout his life, Ron brought joy and laughter wherever he went and he will not be forgotten.

 

Proceeding Ronald in death is his mother and father Wilma and Grover Hickman; Son Ronald Clemence and stepdaughter Theresa Gregory.

 

Succeeding Ronald is his children Carey Raine and husband Frankie Hartley, Joshua Ryan Hickman and wife Malin and Brittany Nicole Hickman; bother Rickey Hickman and Grandchildren Dylan Jones, Christen, Clarissa, Davy and Christopher Hartley, Laurel Gibbons, Cheyenne Clemence, Bonner Clemence, Mackenzie, Mikaela, Oliver and Lukas Hickman as well as Jason Ryan “Meman” Hickman.
