My dearest friend Kayla, I know you will miss that sweet sweet man dearly. I remember when I first met "Pops", I had not lived in Louisiana long and had no idea what a brisket was, boy did that man show me!!! I had never had anything quite that good!!! I use his recipe to this day! We will all miss him dearly. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your entire family. Love ya.
