I had the pleasure of conducting Frank during my time as the director of the River Cities Barbershop Chorus. Frank knew how to sell a song and watched me like a hawk. I don't believe we sang in any quartets together but he was definitely a sought-after baritone. He used to stop by my antique mall and shoot the breeze for hours on end. Frank was a picker and could find bargains when no one else could. He was a wealth of information and did not hesitate to offer his advice, his opinions and he pulled no punches, which I appreciated. All my prayers to the family.
