Dennis D. Baker
Haughton, LA Dennis D. Baker succumed after a long illness on May 13, 2012. He was born July 19, 1953 to Viva and Dale Baker.
Dennis joined the Navy in 1972 and was honorably discharged in 1975. He was employed as a machine repairman at Libbey Glass for 16 years.
Dennis was preceded in death by his Father, Mother and Step-father, Wallace Sullens. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Valerie; two sons, Christopher and Kevin; two grandchildren, Bryson and Adyson; six aunts; four uncles and several cousins.
Visitation with the family will be from 5 PM until 7 PM, Thursday, May 17, 2012 at Boone Funeral Home, Bossier City, LA. The funeral service will be Friday, May 18, 2012, 2:00 PM at Northwest Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, Keithville, LA.
The family request that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Grace Home or the Charity of choice.
