Obituary of Teresa Hood Little

Bossier City, LA-Services for Reverend Little will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 12, 2008 at Boone Funeral Home Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. Danny Moffett. Burial will follow in Rose Neath Cemetery. Visitation will be held 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. on Monday, August 11, 2008 at Boone Funeral Home.
Reverend Little was born September 30, 1938 in Springhill, LA to John and Essie Hood. She went to be with the Lord on August 9, 2008 after a lengthy illness. Reverend Little was preceded in death by her husband, Reverend Otha Dean Little; sister, Joyce Whidden; and brother, Alvis Pete Hood. Left to cherish her memory are her two brothers, Dennis Hood of Jonesboro, LA, Thomas Wayne Hood and wife Nancy of Springhill, LA; daughter, Cheryl L. Cooper and husband, Jack of Broken Bow, OK; sons, Michael Little and wife Wendy of Benton, LA, and Brian "B.R." Little and wife Torie of Bossier City, LA; eight grandchildren and many good friends and family. Reverend Little loved the Lord and her family. She pastured Bossier Christian Center after the passing of her husband, Reverend Dean Little. She was a very loving and caring person who will be dearly missed by all.
Honorary pallbearers will be Thomas Wayne Hood, and Dennis Hood. Pallbearers will be Kelly Little, Kevin Little, Rusty Whiddon, Dean Little, Tommy Murray, and Stephen Smith.
