Shreveport, LA ? Funeral services for David Eugene Bardwell, Sr. will be 10:30 AM, Friday, August 27, 2010 at Louisiana Funeral and Cremation Care. Interment will follow in Forest Park Cemetery West. The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 26, 2010 at Louisiana Funeral and Cremation Care between the hours of 5:00 and 7:00 PM. David, 61, was known for his sense of humor. He loved to hunt, and fish, but most of all he loved his family. Preceding him in death are his parents, Doris and J. B. Bardwell and brother, Larry Wayne Bardwell. He leaves behind the love of his life and wife of 43 years, Rhonda Bardwell; children, Veronica Bardwell, Kim Roberts and husband Micheal, and David E. Bardwell, Jr.; siblings, Charlotte Garcia, Monica Anderson and Paul Bardwell; and grandson, Dakota.
