Bossier City-Funeral Services for Mr. Frank E. Dickey, of Bossier City, will be held Saturday, September 30, 2006 at 10:00am Boone Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Harold Bagnetto officiating. Interment will follow the service at Courtland Cemetery in Queen City, TX at 12:30pm. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6-8pm at the funeral home. Mr. Dickey, an Air Force Veteran, was a member of The Healing Place at Glad Tidings and very active in his cell group.
