Bossier City- Graveside services for CMSgt. Ray Owens will be held on Thursday, September 16, 2004, at 11:30 AM, at Hill Crest Memorial Park. Officiating the service will be Dr. Dana Casey, Chaplain of WK-Hospice of Louisiana. The honor guard at Barksdale Air Force Base will provide full military honors. The family will be receiving friends on Thursday from 10:00-11:00 AM at Boone Funeral Home.
