Dear Mrs.Carter,Bobby and Leta,Barbara and I were very saddened to hear that Mr. Carter had passed away.It was through his caring and compassionate personality that we always felt that we had a home away from home during our years at Southern Arkansas University and while in Houston. We have many fond memories of Mr. Carter that involved your trips to Canada and our trips to Louisiana. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers. Love, Bruce and Barbara Milks
