I am so very deeply saddened to learn of Carra's passing. I have been a patient of hers for the past 3 or 4 years, but more than that, I considered her a friend. We grieved together when I lost my mother to cancer and she lost her husband around the same time. Carra was one of the kindest, most genuine and compassionate people I have ever met. I wish that I had known about her service so that I could have attended to offer my condolences. Even in my grief, I can't help to think that she is happy once again to be reunited with her husband. I know she missed him greatly.
I will continue to keep Carra's family, friends and colleagues in my thoughts and prayers. I pray that God will wrap His mighty arms around all of you and offer you the comfort that only He can during this most difficult time.
Carra - you were one of a kind, and my life was changed for the better for having known you.

I really loved my PA Carra. She would always hug me and we would talk like old friends instead of PA and patient. She took incredible care of me and she always remembered every detail I would tell her about my life. I loved her; I still love her. I just found out this morning. I was looking forward to telling her that I did what we discussed. She encouraged me to go back to school to get my Masters in Nursing and I have finished one class and is currently enrolled in my second. I am going to miss her so much. I am just heartbroken. My condolences to you, her family. I am so sorry for your magnificent loss.

Carra, it was such a shock to learn of your passing.Even we only worked together for a short time,we experienced a true friendship.Like the time my granddaughter was crazy about Britney Spears and she was doing her first concert in Columbus and the week I was off(Ilived out of town)and you called me and said Tell Brooke I got you all Tickets for Britney,It was Carra caring what she could do to make someone happy, especially an 11 year old child she had never met. When my daughter got married she made a beautiful Quilt with her wedding pictures and she knew I was a big Elvis fan so when my grandson was born she sent him a Quilt of Elvis.I remember when we were at work and Jim would cook and bring us supper. She was so proud if Jim and her boys,And let's not forget our beloved Ky.Wildcats.If they played when we worked together,I know we made complete idiots of ourselves.I could go on and on about our talks and etc.,but the main thing is she was such a fun-loving person and a joy to know..Now Carra you united with Jim and you can rejoice with him in Heaven and maybe you could watch over me because you know I treasure your advice.Until we meet again, fly high my friend.Anita Turner,Jackson,Ky.41339
