Bill always had an big smile and was full of laughter. That's how I remember him. As my Uncle Papa's (Walter Scott) brother, I always felt like I was related to the whole Scott family too. My prayers are with you, Nicky, Dianne, Donna and Sam. Love, Joan "Gatlin" Brian
